Frequently asked questions

Here are some details about our company process.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging. 

Our return policy is for size issue or damaged products lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Note: Products that are under offers/clearance sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please share us the video for faster processing.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the status in 48 business hours

If your request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup

Returns will not be accepted if the product tag is removed or if the product has been washed.

Once the returned product is received at the warehouse, the Quality Control team will verify the product(s) within 1-2 business days.

After the verification process is complete, we will process an exchange or refund.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Pick-up: We provide reverse pick up to most of the pin codes. In this case, the shipment reaches back to us within 7-10 business days owing to courier company policy. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier service is unable to pick up after two attempts, you are responsible to ship it back to us.

Self-courier: Rare Case! In some pin codes due to lack of serviceability, you would need to courier back the parcel to us. 

In case of an exchange, the new product will be dispatched only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product.

Please note that exchange is allowed incase of size issue or damaged product

Refund will be credited to your source account within 2-7 days (depending on your bank) after QC validation.

Refund will be credited to the account you used for placing the order

In case of COD order, the refund amount will be added to your wallet or share us your bank details
